We do not use this information to specifically locate you for any reason other than to provide you service. With your consent, our application will utilize your device's camera. If you have allowed us to utilize your location information or your device's camera in the past and wish to revoke the permissions, please change the settings on your device.
(5) CHILDREN'S PRIVACY - Our websites are not directed to and do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 18 or age of minority. If you nevertheless believe that your child has provided us with their personal information and you would like for us to activate deletion, please contact us using the provided email address below.

(1) Rental transactions: The data associated to your rental agreement is stored and may be used for longer than the time frame we need the data to provide our services to you, in order to fulfill and defend the legal interests of our company, and as long as it is prescribed by the relevant government laws (including tax, civil or other legal provisions).
(2) Customer services related queries: The data associated to your customer service queries are stored for 10 years and may be used to fulfill and defend the legal interest of our company, as long as it is prescribed by the relevant government laws (including tax, civil or other legal provisions).
(3) Disputes & law enforcement: Your data may be shared with the authorities and will be used to fulfill and defend the legal interest of our company, as long as it is prescribed by the relevant government laws ((including tax, civil or other legal provisions).
03. How do you collect personal information?
Personal data we collect automatically.
(1) When you make a booking, we record what platform (if you came through from another site, for example).
(2) Even if you don't end up making a booking, we may automatically collect some information when you visit our platforms. This may include your IP address, which page you've visited, which browser you're using, and information about clicks. It might also include information about your computer's operating system, its application version, language settings, device-specific settings and characteristics, and data that identifies your device.
(3) Providing your personal data to us is voluntary. (4) Where necessary for us to comply with a legal obligation, including to share information about your vehicle's location with emergency services in the event that you are involved in a road accident.

Our Service Providers and Business Partners:
We will share your information with third parties, such as
(1) Credit card organizations, banks, administrative and technical support providers, tour operators, travel agents, insurance companies, road assistance companies, lawyers, and other customers or partners;

Kis Car Rental:
We share your personal information with Kis Car Rental for the following purposes:
(1) To manage your rental for Kis Car Rental to communicate with you about or assist your rental;
(2) In relation to any incident arising from your dealings or an additional authorized driver's dealings with Kis Car Rental, if Kis Car Rental, thinks that, as a result of such incident, you or an additional authorized driver could be a risk for future rentals;
(3) In order for Kis Car Rental and its party service provider to carry out phone customer satisfaction surveys;
(4) To send you marketing communications about similar products or services which Kis Car Rental thinks may be of interest to you, including targeted advertising on Kis Car Rental, sites, selected partner sites and social networks;
(5) To compile statistics and analysis about you and any applicable additional authorized drivers;
